Guitarist and vocalist Donna Allen has been part of Chronophage since the post-punk/jangle-pop group’s inception in Austin, Texas in 2017. More recently she has released several recordings of experimental piano plus alt-folk albums under her own name. Atom-ic Citizen Of The Dying Empire follows her 2024 collaboration with Montreal artist Jane Harms, What Are All These Flowers Doing Here?.
