Listen to some fresh cuts from the D’Arcangelo brothers

January 2018

Italian Rephlex alumni are next up on the Happy Skull label with Korty EP

Next month will see new output for The Kelly Twins' label Happy Skull. For this release, the Italian duo D’Arcangelo serve up some fresh melodic electronic sounds with Korty EP, making for the pair's first new music since 2015's Periscope. Over the last two decade Fabrizio and Marco have taken up residence on labels such as Nature, Analogical Force and Rephlex.

“The duo have been active since the early 1990s, when they played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of Roman Techno alongside contemporaries Lory D, Leo Anibaldi and their Automatic Sound Unlimited production partner, Max Durante,” explains the label.

“The four tracks contained on this Happy Skull outing are not re-discovered archive cuts, but rather fresh slabs of mind-altering musical intoxication.”

Korty is released on 1 February on Happy Skull.
