The San Francisco label profiled in The Wire 389 selects its favourite tracks

Nihar Bhatt and Chris Zaldua are the founders of the San Francisco based club night Surface Tension and the new label Left Hand Path. Their parties, and their label, focus on a steady stream of psych-tinged, mutated electronics and slinky Hague-style techno. They have assembled a playlist of some of their current favourite tracks, some unreleased and some from other labels, with Left Hand Path signings Cube, Forests and CLAWS bringing intelligent beats and crunchy noise to the party.

Cube - “Private”
Russell Butler - “Afrogroove”
Sneaker(feauring Ewa Smyk) - “Holistical”
Monolith - “Time”
The Creatrix - “Ifa, Your First Tongue”
Metrist - “Knights Of The Templar, Here Comes Neil”
Aja Vision - “Clouds, Inc”
HOM - “Bound”
Demongay - “Cihu”
ADMX-71 - "Mystical Ascent"
Forests 森林 - “Basic Love”
Pig - “Shit For Brains”
Samo DJ + Tzusing - “Hollabackboi”
Suspended In Gaffa - “Two Four Two”
CLAWS - “Houston, We Have No Problem”
