Lo-fi funkateer and member of the 22a collective Reginald Omas Mamode IV recently released his second full-length Children Of Nu (reviewed by Rob Turner in The Wire 406) via Five Easy Pieces. Here he presents a specially selected mix of funk, soul and African music – titled Some Nu Old Afro Blue – demonstrating some of the inspirations for the new album.
