Radical Sounds Latin America presents Bclip

November 2023

The annual Berlin based festival celebrates its upcoming edition with a selection of countercultural Latin sounds mixed by Paria Records founder Bclip

Now in its fifth year, the digital platform and music festival Radical Sounds Latin America will present its 2023 edition across various Berlin venues over six days in November, with a programme including in-person and online events. Among the artists involved in the hybrid event are Lila Tirando a Violeta, Maria Chavez, Camile Juárez, Camila Nebbia, Dengue Dengue Dengue!, and many more.

The latest addition to the festival’s mix series is premiered here exclusively with The Wire, and is by Colombian DJ and producer Bclip. As the founder of Paria Records, Bclip is a fierce advocate for marginalised and forward-thinking Latin electronic music, with his mixes and productions explicitly Latin American in their musical language. He describes this mix as “a frontal attack on cultural colonialism”.
