Man Vs Sofa is the second album release for the pair who first met five years ago at London's Fabric nightclub. Tectonic label boss Pinch, one of dubstep's originals, explains: “Having spent around five years working together, our work flow has developed and improved considerably, and we both feel that the music we're making now is something neither of us could or would do alone.”

To mark the release, the pair have got together again to do an exclusive mix for The Wire. In his review in The Wire 397, Joe Muggs says the release “veers through four decades of dub, dancehall, rave and beyond [...]. At every turn it bubbles with the delight of discovery, and shows the alchemical reaction between the two studio personae coming along very nicely indeed.” It's fair to say the mix does the same.

Man Vs Sofa is released on On-U Sound and Tectonic, and will be launched at Brixton Jam on 11 March.
