Jameszoo is the project of Dutch producer and musician Mitchel van Dinther. With only a handful of singles under his belt, Jameszoo is now set to release his debut full length Fool LP on Brainfeeder. Van Dinther describes the album, which features New York pianist Steve Kuhn and Brazilian composer Arthur Verocai, as "naive computer jazz".
“Fool is a product of coming to terms with myself,” he continues. “Whereas before electronic music was the foundation of my composing, now it is nothing more than an instrument within the range of many.”
For this exclusive mix, van Dinther pulls in a selection of works from a broad range of musicans including Peter Brötzmann, Anthony Braxton, Ornette Coleman, John Oswald, Cluster and The Flying Lizards. Full tracklisting below.
Jameszoo's Fool LP will be released on 13 May by Brainfeeder.

Comments
Good to hear this wild and woolly mix. No mention in the list of Frank Chickens’s “We Are Ninja”, which pops up at 37’30”. Jameszoo’s Fool album is excellent, and as a guide to what goes on in the head of its creator, this mix is far from misleading.
