Stream an exclusive clip from Piercing Brightness, a new film by the artist Shezad Dawood, with a soundtrack by Acid Mother's Temple's Makoto Kawabata. The film was reviewed by Joseph Stannard in The Wire 355.

Dawood's directorial debut, Piercing Brightness, is a science fiction influenced film about a group of extraterrestrials who land on Earth and investigate the day-to-day goings on in Preston, Lancashire. Much of Piercing Brightness features music by Acid Mothers Temple and their leader Makoto Kawabata, with contributions by Alexander Tucker's Decomposed Orchestra.

Piercing Brightness is out on DVD via Soda Pictures.
