The UK's most cosmic hiphop duo reveal their secret formula via a new video

Rapper King Kashmere and producer Dr Zygote aka Strange U have shared a video allowing viewers a rare and detailed glimpse into their creative process.

The video also finds the self-styled "kings of the multiverse" holding forth on a wide variety of issues ranging from the hard lives of lizards and goat herding in Mediterranean countries to "n-bombing fluid", Steed from The Avengers and the influence of Miami rapper Pitbull (pictured above).

Strange U's debut album LP #4080 was reviewed in The Wire 397 by Richard Stacey, who praised "the way they dazzle, crackling with energy overload jumpstarting too many connections from the dizzying peripheries of your imagination". Subscribers can access the review at the online archive.
