Watch the video for an excerpt of Demdike Stare's next Testpressing, Fail. Sean Canty and Miles Whittaker are on the cover of The Wire 358, interviewed by Joseph Stannard.

Whittaker says: "The process of learning is where the best music comes from. So just like we’ve got to constantly refresh our musical taste, we’ve got to refresh the technical side as well. We’re on a roll now – he’s [Canty] researching the music, I’m researching the hardware, we’re even more focused than we were a year ago.”

Fail is the fourth installment in Demdike Stare's Testpressing series, out on Modern Love in late 2013. Visuals edited by Andy Rushton. Demdike Stare’s live score for Häxan: Witchcraft Through The Ages will be performed at London’s BFI on 13 December.
