Higgins is a guitarist and composer in the New York group Zs. He has also done production work at Future-Past Studios, and participated in a range of other collaborations. Social Death Mixtape is a cassette album sampling Higgins’s previously unreleased experiments on piano, harpsichord, synthesizer, guitar, violin and sampler, or in various group ensembles, from 2009 to the present.
