Oh Yeah? is the fourth album to be released by US instrumental psych-punk outfit Sunwatchers, available via Trouble In Mind from 10 April. The group first came together a decade ago after guitarist Jim McHugh, drummer Jason Robira and multi instrumentalist Jeff Tobias moved from Georgia to Brooklyn and were given the opportunity to play in the late jazz musician Arthur Doyle's band.
With the addition of bassist Peter Kerlin, the band have established a practice of recording and performing alongside political activist involvement. Sales and proceeds from all Sunwatchers' albums go to benefit prison abolition and anti-carceral state advocates and organisations.
