Peckham's Bold Tendencies hosting contemporary music festival plus John Wall, Miles Whittaker and others

The Bold Tendencies temporary arts space sets up shop in Peckham, South East London again this summer. The car park will be hosting London Contemporary Music Festival, which runs until 24 July – 4 August and includes compositions by Alvin Lucier, Steve Reich, Gyorgy Ligeti and Bernard Parmegiani, plus live performances by snd, Anthony Pateras, Steve Noble and Russell Haswell, among others. The car park also hosts Paul Purgas's annual We Can Elude Control event on 16 August, this year featuring Miles Whittaker from Demdike Stare, a collaboration between John Wall and Lee Gamble, Polish artist Anna Zaradny and Peder Mannerfelt.
