In late October Birmingham's Capsule hosts three dayer Bring To Light, part of the extended series of events tied in with the city's new library opening. Lined up for the weekend are Dinos Chapman, Josephine Foster, Shangaan Electro and Masoki Batoh playing Brain Pulse Music. Shangaan are also scheduled in to host a workshop. The events will be hosted at Digbeth's Rainbow Warehouse and the new Library of Birmingham. More info here.
