Following a year-long hiatus, the sold out event has put out an open call for six artists to participate in a residency in June
Supernormal festival has returned after a year-long hiatus. The annual independent festival had been running for eight years before it decided to take some time out, giving organisers the space to explore strategies for making the event financially sustainable.
Returning to its usual haunt at Braziers Park in Oxfordshire between 2–4 August, the event has already sold out, whilst the line-up is yet to be announced.
Also to note is an open call for six artists to take up residence at the park between 17–24 June. The outcome will see new works performed on site during the festival. Deadline is 14 April. More information can be found on the Supernormal website.
