Following a successful crowdfunding campaign led by the We Are The Music Makers forum, a test pressing of Aphex Twin's Caustic Window has been released digitally with the original test pressing selling for $46,300 on eBay. The buyer was Markus Persson, creator of the game Minecraft, and half the final amount will go to charity as chosen by the forum (members can vote here).

Forum head and test pressing seller Joyrex said in a forum post: "He's a really cool guy, and didn't even consider the charity aspect when buying it (but was really happy to hear that half is going to charity) – he's been an Aphex fan since he was young. My daughter was blown away that the guy who made the game she endlessly plays bought a record off her dad for $46,000."
